(21a) Sailability who are based in Essex own two Original Devon Luggers which HRH Princess Anne presented to the sailing school at the London Boat Show 2005 & 2006. Because of the safety aspect of the buoyancy in the boat they are ideal to use for training disabled people. The school adapt the rudder to a wheel and have a special chair to enable them to hoist people into the boat.

(22) Our special and most grateful thanks must go to Richard Walker; Richard and his family bought The Southampton Boat Show Lugger 2004" Rhapsody". We were delighted to see him with his family this year at the show as we needed some help. We had sold the Scaffie and Lugger to families living in Oxford and we needed a local driver to help us tow them once the show had finished. Richard and family live locally at Chandlers Ford and he was only too willing to offer to tow a boat to Oxford for us. MANY THANKS. |

(25) The weather was extremely kind to us which we thought helped bring so many visitors to the show. Bob and I had a really good show, selling all the boats on our stand as well as taking three CapeCutter19 orders plus 5 deposits on our Devon Lugger, two Dabber orders one for Spain and two Scaffie orders. We are in front with our production on our Devon Range of boats,so customers will not have a long wait.
